Higher bandwidth, significantly higher latency, and it's of no real benefit to consumer workloads. And it wont make the cards smaller...

Nobody has taken away your 300w GPUs, or your 150w GPUs, or your 75W GPUs. Go buy as many RX 6400XTs as you'd like! Hell, why stop...
