@xKempo Can you download LatencyMon https://www.resplendence.com/latencymon and let it run in the background for a bit while reproducing the issue? Maybe it shows a bit more info about a potential problematic driver.

This maybe can give some insight. It actually sounds more like a software problem than a hardware problem, unless the PSU is the culprit.

The 6800XT might be just fine as it performs well under load (gaming) like you mentioned.

if you using external keyboard make sure it is set to Operating system you are running.
I had issues with my keychron it has Mac and Windows option and i use Linux operating System. If i set settings to Mac i have issues i see slow response error in Linux logs. On windows settings it works absolutely fantastic.
